We look at what you use today, help you find the notice date in your current contract, and write down what moves and when.

Your data comes across
You save your exports. We import them into Classwell and check every row with you: people, leads, plans and attendance where it’s available.

Your team tries it
We train your staff and run a dry run on the real schedule. Front desk and kiosk first, so nothing changes for members yet.
- 4When you’re ready
Members move over
Members get an invite to your app and sign your waiver in Classwell. Billing stays exactly as it is, so nobody is charged twice.

Importer readyWe have a ready-made importer for Glofox exports. It moved R1P Fitness across: 189 of 189 members and 3,716 of 3,716 lead records, every row reconciled.

Glofox's terms ask for written notice, often 30 days, and data may only be returned after any fees are paid. We'll help you time it.
