Before you give notice

Read your current agreement first. Providers set their own notice periods and their own rules about when an export is released, and some only return data once any outstanding fees are paid. We'll plan the move around your dates — but the contract is between you and them, so check it rather than take our word for it.

The things owners ask first.

Do I have to cancel Mindbody before I start?

No. Your current system keeps running, and keeps billing your members, until you choose the day to move. Check your own contract for its notice period before you give notice, and we will help you time the move around it.

What does the move cost?

Moving over is part of every plan. There is no charge for the import, the row-by-row check or the training calls.

What happens to stored cards and billing?

Classwell is not a payments company, so your members keep paying you directly, the way they do today. Their money and card details never pass through us. If you later change how members pay, we plan one date with you so nobody is charged twice.

How long does it take?

A week or two for most schools. Day one is a call and a written plan, the first week is your data coming across and being checked, week two is your team trying it on the real schedule.
