Prices are per location. A family on one account counts as one member. More than 400 members, or more than one location? Talk to us and we'll price it together, in writing.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Use Classwell free for your first month, with no card needed. In that month we set everything up, move your members over or help you start clean, and run it with you. If you like it, carry on. If not, walk away and pay nothing.

What counts as an active member?

Anyone with a current membership, pass or class pack. Leads, past members and people trying you out don't count, and a family on one account counts once.

What if my gym grows into the next band?

We tell you before your price changes, never after. Nothing changes on its own overnight.

What happens after the first month?

We hand it over to you and your team, and we're still a message away whenever you need us. If you carry on, you pay monthly from then on. If not, you walk away and pay nothing.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No. It's month to month, and moving over and setting up are part of every plan.

Will Classwell take a cut of my payments?

No. Classwell is not a payments company. Your members pay you directly, into your own account, and we take 0%. How money works.

How do I cancel, and do you give refunds?

Cancel any time from your account or by writing to us. You keep using Classwell to the end of the month you've paid for, and we'll send you a copy of all your data. Refunds and cancelling.
