Why we started
Owners of independent gyms and studios told us the same story. Too many tools stitched together. A bill that creeps up every year. A move to new software that feels impossible, because the data and the cards are stuck. And when something breaks, nobody to call.
We think the people running these places deserve software that is calm to use, honest about what it does, and run by people who pick up the phone.
How we work
We show, not tell
Our website lets you use the product before you talk to anyone, and everything on it is in the app today. Then your first month is free, so you can try it on your real gym.
We move you over
Switching is our job. We bring your members and leads across and check every row with you before anything changes.
Your money is yours
Classwell is not a payments company. Your members pay you directly, into your own account, and we never take a cut.
A person answers
You talk to the people who build Classwell. Every message gets a reply within one business day, usually the same day.
