Plain facts about how Classwell keeps your business's data safe.
Each business's data is kept apart
The database itself enforces which business each record belongs to, on every request, so one business can never see another's members.
Two-factor sign-in
Anyone on your team can turn on an authenticator app for their sign-in. Sign-in codes are sent by email, so there are no passwords to leak.
Roles and permissions
Owners, managers, front desk and coaches each see only what they need. Only owners can change who has which role.
Changes are logged
Important changes, such as check-ins, promotions, waivers and role changes, are recorded with who made them and when.
Backups
Daily, weekly and monthly database backups, plus a fresh snapshot before every update we release.
Hosted in the United States
Classwell runs on servers in the US, over encrypted connections only.
Imports are sealed
When you switch, the rows from your old system are stored encrypted until you apply them, and are used only to move your data across.
Kids' privacy by default
Children's photos stay off the kiosk unless a guardian turns them on.
If you think you've found a security issue, please tell us and we'll get back to you within one business day.
