Most software hands you a login and wishes you luck. We move you over, set everything up and run it with you for your first month, and that month is free. Then it's yours, and we're still a message away.

Is there a free trial?
Use Classwell free for your first month, with no card needed. In that month we set everything up, move your members over or help you start clean, and run it with you. If you like it, carry on. If not, walk away and pay nothing.
Does Classwell take a cut of my members' payments?
No. Classwell is gym software, not a payments company. Your members pay you directly, into your own account, and we never hold that money or see their card details. We earn from our plan price, never from your members' payments.
What happens to my members' data when I switch?
You export it from your current system and we bring it across, checking every row with you before anything changes. Today we have a ready-made importer for Glofox. From other systems we move you by hand, with a written plan first.
What do my members get?
Your own app, with your name, logo and colour. They book in two taps, join waitlists, show a pass at the door and book for their kids from one sign-in. It opens straight from their invite email and sits on their home screen like any other app.
Is my data safe?
Every business's data is kept apart at the database level, staff can turn on two-factor sign-in, and changes are logged. More on security.
