R1P Fitness moved from Glofox to Classwell.
A busy gym in Waipahu, Hawaii. R1P came to us from Glofox, and we're building Classwell side by side with its owner, coaches and front desk.
Moving over
R1P exported its clients and leads from Glofox, and we brought them into Classwell with our Glofox importer. Every row was checked: duplicates and existing people were flagged for a person to decide, and nothing changed until the import was applied. Membership plans came across too, including sponsored athletes on $0 memberships.
Running the desk
R1P's members, waivers and leads now live in Classwell. Much of what you see in our demo, from the Today screen to waivers that block check-in until they're signed, was shaped by what R1P's staff needed on the floor.
Billing stayed put
R1P's members keep paying R1P exactly as they did before, through the billing R1P already had. Classwell runs the desk and the people; the money never passes through us. That's how every move to Classwell works.
