Classwell is gym management software, not a payments company, and that is a choice. Members pay your gym directly, into your own account, so their money never passes through us. We earn from our plan price, never from your members’ payments.
How money works with Classwell
We run the software and do the busywork. Your money is yours, so it stays with you.
Your members pay you
Members pay your gym directly, through your own payment account. The money reaches you on your processor's normal schedule, and it never passes through Classwell on the way.
We take 0%
We don't add a percentage or a per-transaction fee to your members' payments. Your processor's own fees are between you and them. We earn from our plan price and optional services, never from your members' money.
Card details stay out of our hands
Classwell never sees or stores your members' card details. They stay with your payment processor, in your name.
Moving from another system
Keep billing exactly as you do today while we move you over. If you later change how members pay, we plan the date with you so nobody is charged twice.
